I see trees of green,
Red roses too,
I see them bloom,
For me and you,
And I think to myself,
What a wonderful world?
I see the skies of blue, the clouds of white
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night
And I think to myself,
What a wonderful world?
The colores of the rainbow, so pretty in the sky,
Are also on the faces , of people going by,
I see friends shakin hands, saying '' How do you do?''
Thay're really saying ''I love you''
I hear babies cryin , I watch them grow,
They'll learn much more,
Then , I'll ever know,
And I think to myself,
What a wonderful world?
Yes, I think to myself,
What a wonderful world?

WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD
(George Weiss / Bob Thiele)
I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world
I see skies of blue and clouds of white
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world
The colours of the rainbow, so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shakin' hands, sayin' "How do you do?"
They're really saying "I love you"
I hear babies cryin', I watch them grow
They'll learn much more than I'll ever know
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world
Yes, I think to myself, what a wonderful world
Oh yeah
Elegant!
ReplyDeleteI have never seen a poem in Enlish before. It is very nice, and let me watch my world in a fresh eye again.
